Cost control supervisor
We are looking for a Cost control supervisor to support our growth in seminyak.
Qualifications
- Minimum education Diploma/S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, or Hospitality, with at least 2 years of experience in Hotel Cost Control or related positions.
- Proficient in using the VHP system and Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot, vlookup).
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Mastery of VHP (Visual Hotel Program), especially Store & Inventory and Cost Control modules; able to perform Food & Beverage Cost, Beverage Control, and Material Control calculations.
- Understands receiving, storekeeping, issuing, monthly stock opname, as well as cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting (usage vs standard).
Responsibilities
- Oversee variable cost control (room and F&B) by comparing Occupancy reports and room/F&B revenue accurately and efficiently to support hotel profitability.
- Conduct data analysis thoroughly and in a detail-oriented manner for cost monitoring and reporting.
- Perform effective coordination with GA Division (Purchasing, Receiving, Storekeeper), Housekeeping, and F&B regarding variable cost supervision.
- Provide improvement recommendations (improvement plan) to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Empower, coach, and supervise the team comprehensively within the scope of work.
