Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 4-6 years experience, ideally within dynamic startup environments.
- Proven expertise in creating financial models for investor pitches.
- Proficiency in digital finance software (Cortex, Accurate, Jurnal, advanced Excel).
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Indonesian taxation laws.
- Experience with Al tools for financial analysis and reporting.
Key responsibility
Financial system development & oversight:
- Implement and manage digital financial systems (e.g., Cortex, Accurate, Jurnal, Petty Cash applications).
- Ensure timely, accurate daily, weekly, and monthly digital transaction recording.
Financial reporting:
- Prepare accurate and detailed monthly profit & loss, cash flow, and balance sheet reports.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations using digital platforms.
Tax management:
- Handle comprehensive tax reporting including PPh 21, PPh 23, and other statutory obligations.
- Facilitate the registration process for taxable entrepreneur status (PKP).
Financial modelling:
- Develop precise, clear, and insightful financial models tailored for investor relations.
- Utilize advanced Al-driven analytics for accurate financial forecasting.
Team leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of 2 finance administrators.
