Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in e- commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing hotel online distribution channels, including OTAs, brand websites, and direct booking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of hotel booking engines, channel managers, CRS, and PMS systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize online sales performance.
