• Document Management : draft, review, translate, organize legal document, contracts, agreements in hard & soft copy.
• Licensing & Permit : Assist with corporate licensing, business permits, and regulatory compliance filings with local or national government agencies (related with OSS system).
• Control & Check the insurance update of each property Villa under Management.
