• Experience in à la carte, buffet, banquet, and event operations.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and highly motivated.
