Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiar with hotel health, safety, and security standards.

Qualifications

• Have experience in similar position & relevant education background (spa school/academy).
• Abilities to massage in various techniques.
• Good English skills both oral & written.
• Good attitude, personality & communication skill.
• Well grooming.
• Domiciled in Bali.
• Excelent service oriented.
