Senior housekeeping

Your role

Lead, manage and motivate the housekeeping team.
Work with Resort Management on scheduling, training and performance.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and quality standards.
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient and thorough service.
Train and develop the team to improve service delivery.
Hands-on role: engage in cleaning of guest rooms and public areas while guiding the team.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens and place orders as needed.
Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain high standards.
Collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Senior Housekeeper or similar role in a 4★ hotel or resort.
Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
IT proficient in inventory, staff management and reporting.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Friendly, professional, honest, conscientious, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and shifts.
