Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospital setting, preferably in a similar role.
• A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not always required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
• Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a team of butlers.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve guest issues with efficiency and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure their needs are anticipated and met with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide personalized services such as unpacking/packing, scheduling appointments, or arranging transportation.
• Oversee the daily operations of the estate or hotel suite, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Maintain inventories of silverware, linen, wine cellar, and luxury items.
• Act as a key point of contact between the principal/employer and other staff, vendors, or guests.

Marketing coordinator

Qualifications

• Background in marketing, communications, design, or hospitality preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar coordination or marketing assistant role.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset-able to work independently but collaboratively.
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) are a strong plus.
• Familiarity with social media & digital content and basic photography/videography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act s the direct link between the onsite team and the head office marketing team.
• Compile, assess, and proactively identify marketing needs or opportunities at the resort.
• Maintain simple tracking system for marketing assets, collaterals, and requests.
• Monitor competitor activities and guest feedback onsite to suggest improvements.
• Brief the design/content team accordingly or execute directly if possible.

Waiter (dw)

Qualifications

• Greet and serve guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Deliver orders to tables.
• Clear tables and help with setup/cleanup.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with side duties (e.g., polishing cutlery, restocking condiments).

Requirements

• Have experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Available to join immediately.

Public area (dw)

Qualifications

• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, staircases, and entrances.
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping floors and surfaces.
• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners regularly.
• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, railings, switches, and buttons.
• Following cleaning schedules and completing checklists as instructed.
• Replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.
• Ensuring cleaning tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimal 1 year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
• Good team management skills.
• Able to work under pressure with high work standards.
• Available to join immediately.

Butler

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position in 5 star Hotels/ Villas
• F&B and Housekeeping Background
• Excellent communicationn skills in English
• Multitasking skill needed to handle more than  one task simultaneously
• Good Customer service skills and high details
