Marketing manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2–3 years of managerial experience in Marketing within a 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality brand.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong business communication, presentation and copywriting skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, website CMS, SEO/SEM, online reputation management and performance analytics.
- Strong brand management and strategic marketing skills with the ability to maintain a premium luxury positioning.
- Experience in PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations and marketing campaign execution.
- Excellent project management, leadership and cross-department collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially driven and confident in presenting ideas and communicating with senior management and ownership
Activity staff
Reuirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or activity-related roles.
- Able to lead and facilitate Yoga & Sound Healing sessions for guests.
- Understanding of basic fitness training and gym equipment operation.
- Physically fit, active, and able to conduct both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Confident in leading group activities and interacting with guests from different cultural backgrounds.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of wellness, mindfulness, and holistic guest experiences is an advantage.
- Certified Yoga Instructor and/or Fitness Trainer certification is an advantage.
Driver
Qualifications
- Experience of at least 2 years as a professional driver, preferably in a hotel or corporate setting.
- Language skills in basic english communication, with fluency as a plus.
- Technical skills including a valid SIM A (SIM B1 is a plus), familiarity with luxury vehicles, basic car maintenance, and good knowledge of local routes and GPS navigation.
- Strong customer service, punctuality, reliability, and flexibility with work schedules.
Reservation
- Experience in reservations, front Office, or a similar role for at least 1-2 years in a 4-or 5- star hotel/resort.
- Language proficiency in english, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Technical skills in hotel reservation systems and experience managing bookings through OTA platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, detail-oriented, organized, and a team player who can adapt to flexible schedules and fast-paced environments.
Spa attendant
Qualifications
- Experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Education in hospitality, wellness, or a related field is a plus.
- Language skills in basic english communication; fluency is an advantage.
- Technical skills in spa setup, cleaning procedures, handling spa products, and ensuring guest comfort.
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
- Physically fit, well-groomed, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Sales & revenue manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in luxury or 5 star hospitality.
- Fluent in english additional languages are a plus.
- Skilled in strategic sales planning, MICE, group meetings, weddings, corporate, government and events.
- Proficient in CRM tools, channel managers, booking engines, and OTA platforms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Achievement-driven, motivated, and a team player.
- Knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Willing to travel and attend industry events.
Waiter/waitress (dw)
Qualifications
- Min 1 year experience at the same field.
- Fluent in english in both written and spoken.
- Achievement oriented, high motivation, outgoing personality and high sense of customer service-oriented.
- Well-groomed and good personality.
