Qualifications
- A graduate in tourism, hospitality, management, communications, or a related field.
- Internship experience in the hospitality industry or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in english, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a reservation agent, receptionist, or customer service representative is a plus.
- Communicative, polite, and have good interpersonal skills.
