E-commerce & reservation

Elior Travel is expanding our team! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join us as Reservation & E-commerce Executive.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in reservations, e-commerce, or travel industry (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply).
• Familiar with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Traveloka, Agoda, etc.) and reservation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
• Comfortable working with digital tools and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations across all sales channels (website, OTA platforms, email, phone).
• Manage and update e-commerce listings, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and partners to ensure accurate booking data.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve booking issues.
• Monitor online sales performance and suggest improvements to boost conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in the reservation/booking system.
