Exotic Bali Properties is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team in the hospitality & property management industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience.
• Background or experience in hospitality, villa, hotel, or property management.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Familiar with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
• Good administrative, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of pricing, promotions, and online distribution is a plus.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and update OTA listings.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and online performance.
• Support sales strategy and occupancy targets.
