We are looking for:

1. Assistant restaurant manager

Job responsibilities:

• Research new wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices
• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
• Prepare shift schedules
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Job requirements:

• Work experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, e.g. Opera and Micros
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

2. Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the beach club
• Provide information about the club's facilities, services, and activities
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests
• Ensure proper allocation of seating based on reservations and availability
• Keep guests informed about daily events, promotions, and special offerings
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Promote beach club memberships, events, and special promotions
• Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience of work as Host/Hostess or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance
