Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or 5 years as an Engineering Supervisor in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, plumbing, water treatment systems (WTP/STP), fire safety systems, and swimming pool maintenance.
- Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
