Executive Housekeeper

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel/resort.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel standards.
- Familiar with VHP (Visual Hotel Program).
- Good knowledge of room inspection, cleanliness standards, and public area maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to monitor and control housekeeping expenses and operational costs.
- Good understanding of SOP, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
