Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in engineering roles within the hospitality industry is essential. Typically, candidates need at least have of experience in hotel maintenance and engineering operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection systems, etc., is necessary to effectively manage and oversee maintenance operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage time, resources and staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary for managing various projects simultaneously while ensuring that all work is completed within deadlines.
