Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef, Commis Chef, or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Able to independently manage an assigned kitchen section under supervision.
- Able to maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Good understanding of food costing, portion control, and waste management.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures.
- Able to assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
- Preferably already residing in Bali.
- Available immediately.
