Dimsum chef

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience specializing in Dim Sum production and Chinese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Dim Sum preparation techniques.
• Experienced in preparing items such as dumplings, steamed buns, rolls, pastries, and other Dim Sum products.
• Strong understanding of dough preparation, fillings, steaming, frying, and presentation.
• Able to maintain consistent taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant or Chinese restaurant operations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation.
• Able to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Creative and willing to develop new Dim Sum products where required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
• Preferably already residing in Bali.
• Available immediately.
