Pastry chef

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry production, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or upscale F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of pastry, cakes, desserts, bread, and basic baking techniques.
• Able to develop and maintain consistent recipes and presentation standards.
• Experienced in food costing, portion control, and inventory management.
• Able to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Creative and detail-oriented with good presentation skills.
• Able to supervise and train junior pastry team members.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Preferably already residing in Bali.
• Available to start immediately.
