Bartender supervisor / manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bartending, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beer, and beverage operations.
• Experience in restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to develop and maintain beverage SOPs and service standards.
• Experienced in stock control, beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing.
• Able to monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, organized, and commercially aware.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably already residing in Bali.
• Available immediately.
