Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie, preferably in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, seasoning, and food safety standards.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the grill section, preparing and cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times for consistent quality.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering for the grill station.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new grill menu items.
