Qualifications
- Proven experience as an western food sous chef
- At least minimum 2 years of working experiences (sous chef)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
