Cook & pizza maker

Gorgonzola Restaurant, based in Jimbaran is looking for Cook and Pizza Maker that can join with us immediately.

Responsibilities Cook:

• ‌Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• ‌Ensuring food portions and food presentation are consistently excellent.
• ‌Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• ‌Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before use.
• ‌Make sure all kitchen area clean at all times.
• ‌Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities Pizza Maker:

• ‌Prepare pizza dough and store them properly.
• ‌Prepare pizza toppings and make sure the quality of each ingredients.
• ‌Stretch the dough delicately and place it in wood fired ovens.
• ‌Carefully monitoring the cooking process to achieve great results.
• ‌Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• ‌Make sure all kitchen area clean at all times.

Requirements:

• ‌1 year experience in the same position.
• ‌Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• ‌Strong basic kitchen skills are required.
• ‌Strong willingness to learn and passionate in food industry.
• ‌Must be based in Bali and available to join immediately
