Qualifications
- Proven experience minimum 2 years in similar position.
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate team.
- Ability to handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Excellent english both communication and written.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work with team.
