We are looking for an experienced Home / Family Cook for a long-term position at a private family villa in Berawa, Canggu.

• Location: Berawa, Canggu
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday
• For: 3-4 people
• Format: Regular long-term position, no live-in
• Salary: IDR 7,000,000-10,000,000 per month, depending on experience and responsibilities. We are open to discussing the budget with the right candidate.

Daily routine & responsibilities

• Come to the villa in the morning and prepare breakfast.
• After breakfast, prepare meals for the rest of the day. The meals should be portioned into containers so the family can reheat them later without the cook being present.
• Purchase all necessary groceries and ingredients. There is a supermarket approximately 5 minutes from the villa. The cook should be able to handle regular grocery shopping independently. All grocery expenses will, of course, be fully covered by the family.
• Follow the family's recipes and food preferences. Recipes can be provided in Bahasa Indonesia, so English is not required.
• The cook is also welcome to suggest their own dishes and menu ideas for the family to try.
• Clean the kitchen after cooking, including washing all dishes and cooking equipment used during food preparation.
• Wash the food containers left from the previous day's meals, so they can be reused for the next meal prep.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Cook, Family Cook, Villa Cook or Private Cook.
• Experience with European / international cuisine.
• Experience working with European or Russian families is a strong advantage.
• Ability to follow recipes and specific dietary requirements.
• Able to handle grocery shopping independently.
• Reliable and interested in a regular long-term position.
• References from previous employers/clients are highly preferred.
