Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Skilled in preparing a variety of hot and cold coffee and non-coffee beverages.
- Able to operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other bar equipment.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and a good team player.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
