Qualifications
Minimum D3/S1 education in Hospitality, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years experience as a villa manager or hospitality supervisor.
Mastering daily villa operations (housekeeping, engineering, pool & garden).
Experienced in managing OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
Understanding of pricing, occupancy, and basic revenue.
Able to lead a team and prepare SOPs.
Active English (spoken & written).
Has leadership, problem solving, and high integrity.
