Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front desk procedures, reservation systems, and customer service best practices.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., opera, fidelio, or similar systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, team members, and management.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide front office staff.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in english and other languages (preferred but not required).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily front desk operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating front office staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests, handling inquiries and special requests efficiently.
  • Oversee reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hospitality industry standards.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and billing operations to maintain accuracy and financial integrity.
