HR and Training Manager

HR & TRAINING MANAGER – HIDDEN HILLS VILLAS, ULUWATU

Overview
As the HR & Training Manager, you will oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, and training. You will ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations while supporting a positive work environment, employee development, and strong service culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee contracts, and HR administration
• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management
• Develop and implement training plans, SOP refreshers, and service culture programs
• Conduct staff assessments, coaching, and follow-up development plans
• Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment needs with Department Heads
• Support employee engagement, motivation, and internal communication
• Maintain HR documentation, licenses, and employee records
• Work closely with management to improve team performance and company culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in hospitality
• Previous experience as HR Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and Indonesian manpower regulations
• Experience in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Bali-based candidates preferred
