Wedding Sales & Manager

RHEA Hotels & Villas is looking for a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused professional to join our team, drive wedding sales, build strategic partnerships, and create memorable wedding experiences at our properties.

Location: Renon, Denpasar, Bali.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, event management, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, clients, and vendors.
• Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for candidates applying at the managerial level.
• Experience in Bali’s wedding and destination wedding industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
