Qualifications
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or tourism preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
Physically fit and able to work in a marine environment.
Positive attitude, team oriented, and service focused.
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Key responsibilities
Assist guests during boarding and disembarkation.
Provide professional customer service and guest assistance.
Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle guest inquiries and support service related needs.
Maintain safety and service standards at all times.
