Guest service team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or tourism preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a marine environment.
• Positive attitude, team oriented, and service focused.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests during boarding and disembarkation.
• Provide professional customer service and guest assistance.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and support service related needs.
• Maintain safety and service standards at all times.
