Senior housekeeping

Your role

• Lead, manage and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Work with Resort Management on scheduling, training and performance.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient and thorough service.
• Train and develop the team to improve service delivery.
• Hands-on role: engage in cleaning of guest rooms and public areas while guiding the team.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens and place orders as needed.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Senior Housekeeper or similar role in a 4★ hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• IT proficient in inventory, staff management and reporting.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Friendly, professional, honest, conscientious, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and shifts.
