Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a head chef or executive sous chef.
Strong leadership, team management, and cost control skills.
Creative and up-to-date with local & international culinary trends.
Able to work in a resort/luxury hospitality environment.
Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate across departments.
