Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a sous chef.
Proficient in basic cooking techniques and fresh ingredient preparation.
Disciplined, responsible, and a team player.
Willing to work in rotating shifts and under high-pressure environments.
Previous experience in hotels/resorts is an advantage.
