Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sous chef.
- Proficient in basic cooking techniques and fresh ingredient preparation.
- Disciplined, responsible, and a team player.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts and under high-pressure environments.
- Previous experience in hotels/resorts is an advantage.
