Requirements
- Female.
- Minimum 5 years of professional spa industry experience.
- Proven leadership and comprehensive operational team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Able to work flexible hours for a dynamic spa operation.
- Able to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Spa Management Software (SMS) and computer skills.
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized.
- Experience with inventory, staff scheduling, and revenue management (preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments and industry trends is an advantage.
