Role description
- This is a full-time on-site role in Balangan for a Guest Relations Officer at La Santa Rosa. The Guest Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting and engaging with guests to address inquiries, provide personalized service, and resolve any concerns promptly. Duties include greeting guests warmly, managing bookings or reservations, coordinating front desk operations, and fostering positive relationships with both guests and team members. In addition, the role will involve keeping guests informed about offerings, events, and services to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication abilities and proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and operational needs.
