Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role (cost control, F&B analyst, inventory/purchasing) within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, portion control, and stock management.
Skilled in excel/google sheets and inventory software.
Strong communication skills in english and ability to coordinate with kitchen/bar/admin teams.
Reliable, detail-oriented & proactive.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and maintain COGS for both kitchen and bar operations.
Conduct regular menu costings and recommend price adjustments based on updated supplier pricing.
Monitor daily usage and stock levels to identify variances or inefficiencies.
Work closely with head chef and bar manager to ensure portion control and minimize waste.
Analyze inventory and usage reports, provide feedback to management on a weekly basis.
Maintain and update product pricing in collaboration with management and accounting.
