Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and good communication skill.
- Having Expert knowledge of Food Costing, Wastage Control, and Inventory.
- Strong understanding of kitchen SOP and HACCP.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to join immediately.
