We are looking for:

1. Senior reservation

About the role:

Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Core work activities:

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Manage and update the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
• Provide detailed information about the club’s services, facilities, and promotions.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor reservation trends and report on occupancy rates and other key metrics.
• Train and mentor junior reservation staff.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience a s a reservation or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reservation software
• A Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
