We are looking for:

About the role:
Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of guest reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Core work activities:
- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Manage and update the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
- Provide detailed information about the club’s services, facilities, and promotions.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor reservation trends and report on occupancy rates and other key metrics.
- Train and mentor junior reservation staff.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience a s a reservation or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation software
- A Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
