Luxury Villa Bali is looking for a reliable and professional Reservations Team Member to join our team in Bali.
We are looking for someone who is strong in customer service, communicates well, works accurately, and can take responsibility without constant supervision.
Qualifications
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Independent, responsible, and able to follow through.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems.
- Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, booking platforms, and reservation systems.
- Previous hospitality or reservations experience preferred.
Main responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries.
- Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and payments.
- Coordinate with guests and internal teams.
- Keep reservation information accurate and up to date.
