  • Maintain consistent inventory updates and avoid overbooking.

Content & branding management

  • Ensure villa listings have high-quality descriptions, SEO-friendly titles, and attractive visuals.
  • Collaborate with the content team for photo/video updates.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.

Customer engagement & experience

  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and booking requests.
  • Manage guest reviews and feedback across platforms, ensuring high ratings and brand reputation.
