Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must, with strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and financial/accounting systems.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with vendors, financial institutions, and external parties, with experience in handling banking matters.
Job description
- Assist the Finance Manager in managing daily finance operations
- Supervise Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis
- Support preparation of monthly management reports and BOD prepsentations
- Perform other duties assigned by the FC and Management
