Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling VIP guests, premium high-value clients, in VIP Guest Relations, Hospitality, Nightlife, or Luxury Service.
- Previous experience in a nightclub environment with strong sales skills and excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to maintain strong connections with VIP guests.
Job description
- Build and maintain networking & relationships with VIP guests while ensuring guest satisfaction & loyalty.
- Ensure smooth VIP section operations, including managing reservations, guest lists (GL), and accurate table allocations.
- Build and maintain external networks and public relations (PR) to expand the VIP guest database.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally while maintaining accurate customer records and guest preferences.
