Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a steakhouse or grill-focused restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of steak cuts, cooking levels (rare to well-done), and meat marination techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Excellent knife skills and experience with various kitchen equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
