Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a steakhouse or grill-focused restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of steak cuts, cooking levels (rare to well-done), and meat marination techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Excellent knife skills and experience with various kitchen equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
