Head accounting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in related position.
• Proficient in accounting software (xero) and excel.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in english.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the accounting team.
• Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements).
• Lead the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against the budget.
• Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to improve working capital.
