HR manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality or f&b industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, Disnaker regulations, and BPJS administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly empathetic and people-oriented, with a strong sense of care for the team.
• Proactive with strong initiative in handling HR matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in english & indonesian, both written and spoken.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all HR processes align with company SOPs and local labor laws (government regulations & disnaker).
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong team.
• Ensure compliance with BPJS kesehatan & ketenagakerjaan and other employee benefits.
• Monitor and analyze team dynamics, identifying issues and implementing solutions for improvement.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Develop and implement HR policies that support team well-being and company growth.
• Keep updated with the latest HR regulations and industry best practices.
