Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position (experience in spa or hospitality industry is preferred).
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Able to communicate in English (spoken & written); additional language is a plus.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Customer-oriented with excellent service mindset.
- Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
