Responsibilitites

• Oversee daily operations in all department.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the team to ensure service standards and company targets are consistently achieved.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, control operational costs, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and child safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality, family recreation, kids' clubs, restaurants, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of operational management, budgeting, cost control, revenue targets, KPIs, and team development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and highly committed to children's safety and family comfort.
