- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (experience in a beach. restaurant is a plus).
- Indonesian citizen, minimum 30 years old.
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach.
- Able to manage a team of 20+ floor staff.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
- Willing to live in nusa penida.
