Villa sales consultant

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify investor and buyer leads
• Conduct villa presentations and site tours
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to contract signing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to drive sales growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in property, villa, luxury real estate, or investment sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
