Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting is a plus).
- Proficient in xero, financial systems, and excel.
- Experienced in monthly close, reporting, and tax/financial statements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving skill and clear communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proficient in time management .
